Course Description

State and Federal laws and regulations have pervaded our health care scene ever since the Federal government became a healthcare payor. All accrediting bodies have one or multiple standards that state the organization must comply with applicable law and regulation. It is incumbent on providers to know the laws and regs and implement processes to comply with them. This course explores those “applicable” laws and regs and helps the healthcare organizations prepare to meet those requirements through an effective audit process.
